Elm & Stone is designed by award-winning architects DKO in collaboration with MAB Corporation to create an urban oasis featuring a collection of one, two and three bedroom flexible apartment designs and unique loft apartments with dramatic 4.5 metre high ceilings and additional living zones.

Residents are surrounded by the peacefulness of nature. Lush plant life cascades around the building exterior, a rooftop garden provides moments of tranquility and balconies with planters offer private gardens to create and nurture.

Shared spaces have been designed to inspire residents to gather, connect and retreat. Residents can entertain old and new friends on the rooftop deck that overlooks the sundrenched pool.
