The Boyd

The Boyd tower was completed in 2002 as part of the second stage of the residential buildings at NewQuay comprising two towers – the Boyd and the Palladio – with the waterfront podium apartments of the Sant‘Elia.

Emphasis was placed on form making and light modelling, with surfaces and details highly crafted. The architecture evolved to be enduring, both in design terms and sustainability in the marine environment.

Comprising 172 apartments over 23 levels, the Boyd tower replicates The Arkley to form a strong 3-piece composition with these two flanking, matching towers strengthening the presence of the prow shape form of the Palladio as the centre piece.
